First Timer Tips
1. No CAMERA cell phones or cameras allowed on the resort.
2. No illegal substances or firearms allowed on the premises.
3. Remember your sunscreen, especially if this is your first nude experience.
4. This run is clothing OPTIONAL. Wear as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
5. Clothed or not, wear running shoes and socks - unless you are a barefoot runner.
6. No, it doesn't hurt.
7. Shower facilities are available. Use them freely.
8. You must be nude to enjoy the pools or hot tubs. Please shower before entering.
9. Bring at least two towels with you. It is nudist etiquette to always sit on a towel, and it should be your own.
