For reservations please call 706-265-6110 or 800-609-9704 between 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Winter seasonal hours may vary, so please leave a message and we will return your call. Weekends May through September and holiday periods will be reserved for a minimum of 2 or 3 nights.

Rental rates quoted are for 1 or 2 adults. Campsites rates quoted are for one family per campsite.

The new platform tents are available for rent.
What is a platform tent? These are individual rental units which are 10ft by 12 ft. They are screened with roll down canvas shades. Each unit has power, ceiling fan, light and private porch. The units are lockable and are an easy walk to the pool/lodge area.
The platform tents are priced at $50 for the weekend (Friday and Saturday night). We have special weekday rate of $10 per day Sunday night through Thursday night (excluding holiday weekends). 
Deposit:
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. If you are making advanced reservations and prefer to mail a check, a credit card is required to hold the reservation until the check arrives.Cancellation Policy:
We ask that you cancel one week in advance. Cancellations later than that are subject to a charge for one night in the room. Holiday cancellations are subject to a 3 night charge.
Weekend rates apply on Friday & Saturday nights. During holidays, Sunday is considered a weekend. Non-smoking units available. $100 cleaning charge if smoking takes place in your room during your stay.
For overnight guests, clean towels will be provided daily. For guests staying longer than three days, housekeeping will change all linens and service your rental unit.
