Reservations

For reservations please call 706-265-6110 or 800-609-9704 between 9 am and 5 pm. Winter seasonal hours may vary, so please leave a message and we will return your call. During the summer season, May through September, require a 2 night minimum on weekends. All three day holiday weekends require a three night minimum.

Rental Rates:

Rental rates quoted are for 1 or 2 adults. Campsites rates quoted are for one family per campsite.

Deposit:

Deposits must be received within ten days or reservations may be canceled. Short notice reservations must be guarenteed with a credit card. Upon request, we will send a confirmation to you by return mail or e mail.

Weekend rates apply on Friday & Saturday nights. During three day holiday weekends, Sunday night is considered a weekend night.

Policies:

All new condo rentals are non-smoking

For multiple night stays, housekeeping service is limited on a daily basis

Check in time:

Check in for rentals is 4 pm or earlier is the unit is available.

Check Out Time:

Check out time for rentals is 11 am

Late Check Out:

When available, late check out till 3 pm is $10 extra. Please make advance arrangements with the office.

Pets:

Pets are not permitted in any room or unit, unless assistance certified dogs.

Storage:

Use of storage lot is $30 per month or $2 per day. Check with the office before placing anything in the storage lot. Storage is at the risk of renter.
