LIke all private membership clubs, we must have policies. The following policies are strictly enforced. This list addresses the most commonly asked questions. This is not a list of all policies and rules. For more information, please contact the office at Paradise Valley Resort.

1) Paradise Valley Resort reserves the right to suspend any membership without cause and without refund.

2) any physical or verbal activity that is abusive or disrupts any member, guest or employee in the club is not permitted.

3) Overt sexual behavior, or the appearance of such, is not permitted. Please report it to management immediately.

4) CAMERAS OF ANY TYPE ARE NOT PERMITTED.

5) No glass is allowed in the pool area.

6) Persons under 21 years of age are not permitted in the recreational areas after 9 pm.

7) Solicitation of any business, service or organization on club grounds is strictly prohibited.

8) Children are our most cherished guests. For their safety, and other guest's comfort, please keep your children under your direct supervision as all times. Children under 14 are not allowed in the Hot Tub.

9) Pets are not recommended guests at Paradise Valley Resort. Pets area allowed only at RV and tent sites. NO pets are allowed in the pool area.

10) Please shower with soap before entering any pool. Swimming is safer when others are around and do not dive.

11) No loud music. If you bring a radio, I-Pod, etc, use earphones.

12) No food, drinks or smoking allowed in the indoor pool or Hot Tub.

13) Since Paradise Valley Resort maintains a state and county liquor license, we are required to restrict anyone from entering or leaving with an open container, bottle, glass or cup, regardless of if it is water, soft drink or alcohol. Do not bring in your own liquids and please finish consuming your drinks prior to exiting the gate.

14) Paradise Valley Resort strictly follows all state and county alcohol requirements. If you do not look over the age of 40, you will be carded. Please understand that anyone under the age of 21 who attempts to order a drink is committing a crime. If you are under 21 and attempt to order an alcoholic drink, you will be asked to leave. We take our responsibility as a operator very serious.

15) Staff and management of Paradise Valley Resort are easily identified, either by their identification or the fact that they carry a two way radio. If you are stopped by any staff member for violating a policy or rule and you do not follow their instructions you will be banned from the club. If you feel a staff member acted anything less than professional, please contact the general manager in the office immediately.

Rights and Responsibilities:

All memberships and visitation privileges at Paradise Valley Resort are provisional and as a private club, Paradise Valley Resort can revoke memberships and visitation privileges at any time at the discretion of the management without cause. In the event of such, any dues paid shall not be returned.
